1. Do you have a showroom?

No. We are an online store and manufacture each item per order.

2. Where are you based?

Our factory is based in Johannesburg.

3. What is your lead time?

We have a 7-14 business day lead time. Orders outside of Gauteng may take a few days extra for delivery.

4. Do you have a warranty?

All of our couches carry a one year warranty.

5. Do you deliver?

Yes. We deliver across South Africa. For Gauteng, Cape Town and Durban you may choose your delivery option upon checkout. For all other areas, please contact hello@ottomanhd.co.za
