Terms and Conditions


We offer a one-year warranty on the frame, build, and stitching of all furniture purchased from Ottoman Home Decor.  We go above and beyond to ensure our customer’s are fully satisfied with their purchase; in the unlikely event of something being truly and fairly wrong with your order new piece of furniture upon delivery, we will work together with you to find an appropriate solution.


In almost all cases we do not offer refunds, and clients may not change their colour once it has been ordered (unless notified within a 48 hour period, as manufacturing begins immediately).  


Discount codes are restricted to one per order, any order that attempts to combine coupons or codes will be cancelled and refunded.

Lead Time

We have a standard lead time within Gauteng of 7-14 business day. Orders outside of Gauteng may take a few days extra to account for external courier circumstances. Additionally, there may be a few days delay for orders that are completely customised. That is, and order where the dimensions have been adjusted or a design has been requested.

Furthermore, delivery could also be delayed by unforeseen conditions such as bad weather. In the unlikely and unfortunate instance that there is a delay in lead time we will notify you to make appropriate arrangements.


Installation is offered as a courtesy, and while we do our best to install items in your home, this service may be refused for any reason if the delivery team deems so.  In the unlikely event of damage being caused to your property by the delivery team, the Ottoman Home Decor company will not accept responsibility for any damages or expenses by forceful measures.

In the event of sending an item with the courier company outside the Gauteng region, we are not liable for any damages after being handed over to the courier team (as they sign off a delivery note stating that they’ve received it in good condition, it is then their responsibility).
